Volunteer Executive Producer of this World Kindness Concert and co-founder of KindActs, Brock Tully is an inspirational speaker, and author of the "Reflection" book series. For decades Brock has generated international headlines for his provocative presentations and statements on kindness. Brock is presently organizing "One of a KIND stories" and Co-Producing "Kindness Rocks". Brock is truly an inspirational leader, connecting and networking with like-minded individuals interested in creating positive change in their homes, communities and workplaces. ABBA-Cadabra

Being huge fans of ABBA's music, Jeanette O'Keeffe and Jonas Falle created this sensational group 6 years ago. Their goal was to pay tribute to the legendary ABBA group in a fresh, original, and respectful way. Through ABBA's uplifting and timeless music, ABBA-CADABRA will take you on a journey through all of your favourite songs and memories, and hopefully, help you to create some new ones. Shari Ulrich

Originally a California girl, Shari's career through the Pumkin, Valdy & The Hometown Band, and on as a solo singer songwriter continues to inspire audiences, and set the bar for two generations of female singer/songwriters. BC Entertainment Hall of Fame Inductee and Juno award winner Ulrich is now joined by her 16 year old daughter Julia on violin, piano & guitar in her solo shows. Leora Cashe

This Vancouver based jazz and gospel vocalist "has been blessed with a rich and resounding voice" that reaches into the core of every listener. She has appeared as a featured soloist at numerous BC Music Festivals where her performance garnered her rave reviews. Leora is the music director for SpiritSong; the Centre For Spiritual Living's community church choir. June 2005 marked the release of her third independent CD "My Heart Stood Still', a seriously swinging album of originals and standards which is receiving critical acclaim at home and abroad. Over the last 40 years Bill has been a singer, songwriter, composer of music for film, television and theatre; guitarist and record producer; winner of Juno, Genie, SOCAN and other music awards; solo artist and member of the musical groups THE COLLECTORS, CHILLIWACK and ULRICH HENDERSON FORBES (UHF); past president of SOCAN and the Songwriters Association of Canada and past co-chair of the Canada Music Council. Leon Bibb

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Leon has performed in concert throughout the U.S., Europe, and Russia, including Carnegie Hall and Town Hall in New York, and the Newport Jazz Festival. He has recorded for Vanguard, Columbia, and Liberty Records as well as four albums in Vancouver recording with his son, Eric Bibb, and Bill Sample. Locally, Leon has appeared in the highly successful, original production of "Jaques Brel is Alive and Well" and "Living in Paris" at the Arts Club Theatre. Since 1993, Leon has been touring Canada with his original, anti-rascist, educational forum A Step Ahead.

Michaela Slinger

Michaela is ten years old, and was born with a song in her heart. She has been performing publicly since the age of three; for the NBA Vancouver Grizzlies, Canucks and Whitecaps games, at the PNE, as well as the lead in numerous theatrical productions including Annie, The Wizard of Oz, and is currently rehearsing for the role of "Young Anne" in Anne Of Green Gables with the Lindbjerg Academy of Performing Arts in Port Moody. She is honoured to again be performing in the Kindness Concert with such an inspiring group of performers.

Tiffany Hambrook

Motivated to inspire and move people with her voice, Tiffany sang her way into people’s hearts at the World Kindness Concert 2005. She was cast as the lead in the musical "How I Became Queen".  Tiffany sang and tapped with much delight in the role of Anytime Annie in 42nd Street with the Royal City Musical Theatre at the Massey Theatre. Tiffany toured with the Nearly Neil and the Solitary Band, and in The Shagadelic Swingers, touring Bosnia and entertaining Canadian Troops. Tiffany dreamed of singing and dancing since she was a little girl and began performing as a member of the Young Canadians in the Calgary Stampede. Moving to the West Coast, she was cast as a blind child in The Miracle Worker.   Tiffany is thrilled to be part of the World Kindness Concert 2007 and hopes you can come on her journey to “Kindness City - ‘cause they’ve got a crazy way of loving there and I’m gonna get me some.”

Ivan Boudreau

From the Acadian heritage of Nova Scotia, the musical influences of the greater Boston area, Toronto’s thriving 70’s and 80’s scene and finally the West Coast's bursting country circuit, singer-songwriter Ivan Boudreau has blended a life and variety of music into honest and well-crafted songs. His songs describe many of the simple emotions and gut-wrenching feelings we all experience.With a background as a bass player, Ivan has performed with a virtual "who’s who" of North American artists. Ivan has also been quietly working on his skills as a writer, and his songs are delivered with a definitive relaxed style and easy acoustic approach.Ivan will welcome you graciously into his world of songs, with unforgettable melodies and thoughtful lyrics presented in a genuine down-home style.

Ron Irving is a veteran Canadian singer/songwriter with over 100 songs recorded worldwide in 6 languages.  Ron’s songs have been recorded by numerous artists. His “Holdin’ Out For A Hero” recorded by Danish artist, Wenche recently brought Ron home a Gold record! Many of his songs have been used in feature films, TV series, song folios, TV Commercials, karaoke and ring tones. Also an active performer, music publisher and producer, Ron currently produces tri-lingual Country/Pop artist, Ginette Genereux.Ron is a proud member of the BC Country Music Hall of Fame and has recorded 2 solo CD’s, Into The Blue and has just released You’re Not Alone. His songs have received national awards from both SOCAN and the Canadian Music Publishers Association.

Melissa Delosada

Melissa Delosada is a 16-year-old singer/songwriter musician with a real passion for music. She has taken extensive lessons in both vocals and guitar and loves to perform. Her goal is to become a professional musician and to help change the world through her music. Melissa plays guitar, piano and is the vocalist for the alterative rock band Haven. Haven, based in Delta, performs their own music and have played at many shows and festivals, including shows they have produced themselves. Haven won this years prestigious City Jam contest. The final City Jam performance was played with a packed house at the Surrey Arts Center where the band won top prize, which included 12 hours of recording time at Rock Beach Studios.

Steve Elliott

Born and raised in Nanaimo BC, Steve had many artistic abilities before stumbling upon his career as a singer and entertainer. His mother encouraged him to draw and be creative. Steve perfected his art skills and became BC's Top Political Cartoonist for his caricatures, freelancing in various weekly publications.With no prior singing abilities, he walked into a Karaoke contest at a local mall, decided to enter at the last minute for fun and found that he had a natural ability to sing and entertain! He won a prize set of Elvis CD's and discovered qualities in Elvis' voice which lead him to his career as a performer. Since then, Steve has perfected his act as a tribute artist. He recently won the Grand Canadian Championship of the 2004 Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival 2004 in Penticton BC. He travels now full time with his Elvis Elite show. Steve also excels in the voices of many other celebrities such as Roy Orbison, Louis Armstrong and Nat King Cole. Steve will make sure that you see and hear something original in every performance he gives.

Heidi Klassen

Soprano Heidi Klassen is one of Canada’s most versatile and exciting performers. She has appeared as principal soloist with Canada’s leading orchestras & opera companies and toured extensively in Europe in a career that spans over 25 years. Heidi is also the Founder & Artistic Director of The Opera Project, a non-profit organization since 1997 whose purpose it is to develop singers. More importantly she invites singers with a spiritual intention to bring to the stage, “sounds that change the world’. Joining her in this concert are singers she has taught and mentored and are in their own careers bringing their open spirits and hearts to their performances. She now makes her home in Vancouver where she presents concerts and feels it her particular gift to teach the voice to create vibrations that connect to the soul and to shift the planet.

Myrna Rabinowitz

Singer/songwriter Myrna Rabinowitz has recorded six albums of Jewish music; three with the Jewish World Music band Tzimmes in Hebrew, Yiddish, and Ladino and two albums of Jewish sacred music with the group Shir Hadash including Hanna Tiferet Siegel and Harley Rothstein in Hebrew and English. Her first solo album “Hashiveinu” includes original soulful music for Sabbath prayers and blessings for life’s celebrations. Myrna has performed around the world and is well known for her heartfelt interpretation of Jewish song.The daughter of holocaust survivors, Myrna grew up in a Yiddish speaking home in Montreal where she developed her love and appreciation for Jewish music. Music and song is her vehicle to connecting to the Source and to the soul in all of us. Through her music, her song and her voice, we are transported.

Emily Harder

13-year-old Emily Harder is always singing!  She began singing publicly at the age of eight, and has been taking formal training for the past three years.  Emily has sung at many events including the PNE, Tsunami Relief Concert with Canadian Idol finalists, Agrifair, and the Abbotsford Christmas Tree Lighting.  She is the regular anthem singer for the Abbotsford Pilots, and a guest singer for the Chilliwack Bruins.  Emily has performed her own set for the Abbotsford Berry Beat Festival and the ‘Run for a Cure’ Cancer Relay.  She is currently recording original songs for a future release, and is excited to participate in the World Kindness Concert.

Carol Ann Friedis a sought-after motivational speaker, improviser and coach.  Her flagship presentation about having fun at work is called “Laughing Matters!”  She was recently seen eating jalapeno potato chips dipped in non-fat yogurt.

Bill SampleBill Sample has been a force in the West Coast music scene for many years, recording and performing with some of the most dedicated and talented artists today. As Music Director for David Foster for 8 years, Bill has worked with mega-stars like Brian Adams, Celine Dion, Fee Waybill (Tubes), Boz Scaggs and Kenny Loggins. He is also involved in the Variety Club Telethon, Telemiracle in Saskatchewan, and many other organizations.

Shawn SoucyA Juno nominee and BC CMA's "All-Star Drummer" winner 5-years in a row, Shawn's credits include work with Leonard and Sample, One Horse Blue, Russell Marsland, Ellen Macllwayne, Patricia Conroy, Doug and the Slugs, Farmer's Daughter and Gary Fjellgaard. Shawn is no stranger to the camera lens either, appearing in music videos and films; recently as John Denver's drummer in ABC's "The John Denver Story".

Eric ReedMulti- instrumentalist Eric Reed has been a career musician for over 15 years, touring internationally, providing strong, tasteful licks and rhythms wherever he goes. His substantial musicianship covers mandolin, accordion, acoustic/electric/slide guitar, dobro and banjo! Eric is also a seasoned studio session player, producer, engineer and songwriter too.

Nathen AstwellNathen has been a vocalist/ bassist/ guitarist for over 25 years and has performed with such luminaries as ABBA-Cadabra, Randy Bachman, Keith Bennett, Shari Ulrich, and many others. Minke de Vos

Minke de VosMinke teaches spiritual embodiment at Silent Ground Retreats. She has worked along side of Taoist Master Mantak Chia for over 20 years as a Senior Inner Alchemy Instructor, and has extensive training in movement arts, including Eurythmy. Her Chant Dance brings alive the poetry, song and beauty that lives in all beings. Minke has an enormous range of energetic and spiritual skills and a reputation as one of the top teachers of qigong, healing, and women's sexuality. She passionately devotes herself to our collective evolution by empowering individuals to live a vital, loving, creative and fulfilling life.

Zamir Dhanji

Zamir Dhanji Zamir is an interdisciplinary performer devoted to bringing
peace through culture. He has performed in many countries, with music, dance and storytelling as his primary mediums. His inspiration is the creative principle of life, thus he is always inspired. This evening he will be playing music on the 'hang', an instrument invented in the year 2000 in Switzerland. "Hang" is an ancient Swiss word for 'hand', and its sounds are at once nourishing, uplifting and meditative.

Yemaya Renuka Duby

Yemaya DubayBorn dancer, Yemaya Renuka has facilitated transformational workshops and
large multi-media performances since 1992 in California, Hawaii and Canada. She has been inspired by an ecclectic path, which has led her from Zen and Hindu monasteries to the jungles, as well as fifteen years as a somatic
therapist and a life long committement to facilitating community weaving and
the manifestation of eco-villages world wide. Yemaya offers herself as a midwife for the empowerment and the full
expression of those attracted to work and play with her.

Rahul Bader

Rahul BaderFinishing up his final year at SFU's School for Contemporary Arts, Rahul Bader has an extensive musical background. He was raised as piano and trombone player, but soon found his calling in percussion and flute. His main focus is composing for small chamber ensembles, with an interest in fusing various Eastern and Western instruments. Recently, Rahul has performed at the Vancouver Art Gallery as part of the Fuse series, and is scoring music for a contemporary dance piece to be performed in Holland.

NathalieBorn in Spain with a natural dancing ability, Nathalie began dancing at age 6 in Barcelona.
Trained in many styles of dance, her greatest inspiration came from her unusual lifestyle and from the confinments of religious and society injustices she experienced as an artist and minority. As a child and as a member of the artistic troup her family created in Europe, she found real communion with body and soul, and her dancing became a spiritual experience that brought her bliss. She also found deep emotion and spirit in many of her teachers.Nathalie has captivated many audiences throughout the world with her charm, charisma, sensitivity, intensity, and her exciting element of surprise!
